Admission Process

Admissions are open for the session 2026-27. Kindly fill the registration form by clicking on ‘Register Now’ Tab. Please Note:

  • Submission of registration form does not imply confirmed admission.
  • For admission in Pre Nursery for session 2026-27, the ward must complete 3 years as on 31/03/2026. (as per DOE guidelines)
  • Please ensure the registration form is complete in every respect.
  • Any wrong information or non-disclosure may lead to non-admission or cancellation of admission.
  • Step -1 : You can fill & submit the registration from online at www.dpsmadanapalle.org or obtain form Admission office from Campus.
  • Step – 2 : Students is supposed to appear for admission time test or Offline/Online interaction based on which admission is confirmed.
  • Step – 3 : After the confirmation of admission following self-attested documents to be submitted, which will be verified with the originals.

List of required documents

Please refer to the list of required documents required at the time of filling the registration form:

  1. Birth certificate of the ward. (Original)
  2. Recent formal photograph of the ward and both parents. (Cleared Passport Size)
    1. The photograph should not be less than 3 months old
    2. The photograph should have white background
    3. The photograph should not be blurred
    4. The photograph should be in portrait format of 3 cm x 4 cm size
    5. The photograph should be in a formal studio setting
  3. Aadhaar Card of the ward and both the parents. (Self-attested)
  4. Copy of previous two year’s report cards along with mid-term report card copy of the current year.
  5. If not uploaded at the time of registration, the ward’s Aadhar card no. and self-attested copy of Aadhar card should be submitted within 30 days of admission confirmation.
